I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in an activity with Amberjack Tours CR, SLR in Costa Rica. As a condition of my participation, I understand and agree to the following:
I am aware that water sports and realted ocean activities, boating and fishing activities involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, accidents, injury, death, illness, and loss or damage to personal belongings. I acknowledge that these risks may arise from the unpredictable nature of the sea, weather conditions, equipment failure, or the actions of myself, the crew, or other participants.
I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the tour. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the crew of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or allergies that may affect my ability to safely participate.
I agree to comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the crew of Amberjack Tours, CR. This may include but is not limited to, wearing safety equipment, following proper fishing techniques, and adhering to any other instructions for a safe and enjoyable experience.
I hereby release Amberjack Tours, CR, its employees, captains, guides, and other related personnel, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the tour.
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the start of my tour, I grant Amberjack Tours, CR the right to take photographs and/or videos of me during the tour. These images may be used for online or print promotional or marketing purposes, without any compensation to me.
I understand that Amberjack Tours, CR is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
